Do you guarantee germination?
Methods differ from grower to grower and we cannot be responsible for the germination rate. However, if you have an issue, please contact us and we will work with you to rectify the situation. Customer satisfaction is paramount to what we do and what we stand for. We do reserve the right to block anybody who abuses this policy.

Section 297A of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, Subtitle G, clearly states that “the term ‘hemp’ means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 perfect on a dry weight basis.”
